Pandora Corp. Tells Parents: In 2010 You Must Know What Your Child Is Doing On The Internet

Typical filters and standard blocks are easy for savvy young users to circumnavigate. So the question becomes: how can you talk to your child if you don’t even know for sure where they are going online?
