Getting celebrities mentally strong, focused and ready to inspire a generation. That is our role as those working close with these A list celebrities. Why is it that we keep seeing these celebrities in and out of rehab? The celebrity is obviously repeating the same behaviour over and over again. All human behaviour is based on patterns. So why do we still not stop these patterns? As I have stated in previous keynotes, our psychological patterns are like cd’s. You can remove negative cd’s and play empowering cd’s. So why do we not help our celebs make long tern changes rather than simply throw them in and out of rehab over and over again?
The challenge I have with a lot of the rehab clinics is that they’re not designed to really deal with the celebrity deep seated issue. They simply put the celebrity with other people who have also have an addiction and intend that if they cut off the connections to the drugs, they get better.
How many times does a celebrity transformation follow with ‘celebrity are back in rehab.
Why?
They don’t deal with the real reason that the celebrity is motivated to do the drugs, alcohol, sex addiction in the first place.
It’s like a leak from the bathroom tap. Therapy keeps mopping up the water off the floor until it’s bareable, and then when it overflows, it needs mopping up again. Fix the cause. Find out where the leak is, and fix it at source. This not only prevents the need for mopping but also streamlines the entire plumbing system water pressure.
There are two causes of addiction.
Cause for addiction No1. Once you get into the cycle, what’s addicting the celebrity is the neurological chemical attraction where your brain and your body is saying ‘I need it, I need it, I want it.’
Cause for addiction No 2. The thing that drove the celebrity to begin the habit was some other need that hasn’t been met or fulfilled – whether that need is to escape a pain or the need to

For those of you who make it a habit to download songs for your iPhone, you will be glad to know that there are cheap options. The iPhone is one of todayâs hottest gadgets which are gradually changing the way people perceive music. With the iPhone, music is now considered a lifestyle, where gadgets such as the iPhone help deliver quality entertainment on the go.
There are notable ways which can bring you the music that you want for your iPhone. If you want to download songs for your iPhone, you have to visit first websites that offer songs for free. There are lots of websites which offer free songs, although they may be hard to find, considering the large number of pay sites that get in the way.
There are advantages and disadvantages when availing free music download services from free websites. The obvious advantage would be the ability to download songs without having to pay for them. Most of the free sites even let you download music as much as you want. You wonât have to exhaust your credit card or spend you cash to download songs for your iPhone.
On the other hand, downloading songs from free sites have a lot of problems that you should deal with. Unless the website is reputable or operating legally, the issue of music piracy is immediately brought up since the songs are free for anyone to grab. To address the issue of piracy, legally free websites may only give out free music from dated tracks or albums. Newer music albums may not be part of their available download library.
Another disadvantage would be the slow speed of download which is brought about by poor servers or simultaneous downloads with other people. Free music download sites donât have the dedicated servers like pay sites do, hence the slow speed. Some free music sites also release music that have not so good quality or are ripped copies from the original.
Another way to download

In most pop, rock and soul songwriting these more complex chords are not used very often. Fascinating as they are, try not to get carried away with them. It is a fatal habit among keyboard players who write songs that because it is easy for them to play extended chords they have to use them all the time. I have known keyboard players who seemed incapable of playing a simple C Em Am G progression without turning it into C11, Emadd9b5, Am7b5 and Gdom11 . This is as beside the point as guitarists who insist that every song has to have at least two long guitar solos! Of course this stuff is interesting to play. But song writing is not about giving yourself interesting things to play. The individual instrumental parts of a song may be rather dull, or at least not taxing, but the magic of the song is in the whole being greater than the sum of the parts.
So use extended chords carefully, just to add a touch of colour here and there. One ninth chord placed at a telling position in a chord progression can add far more than half a dozen. One way to try this out is to take some of the turnarounds in section 3 and change one of the chords into a more complicated form.
Now it is time to explore one of the most exciting areas of songwriting craft. Got your backpack, provisions, suncream and maps? We are going travelling into the world of key changes.
