The Secret Of Celebrity Success 0

Posted on December 16, 2010 by Jennib And Friends

Who do you admire? Why does the world take notice of them and not us? Do they have a common way to become a winner in their field? If so then what is the secret formula?

Purpose

Winning celebrities all have a clear vision a guiding purpose a light at the end of their tunnel that keeps them going day after day on their path. These celebrities get what they want because they know exactly what they want. They can feel and sense it, they experience it in their minds and their hearts. They can see it in their minds eye and describe it as if it were there already there. Conversely most of us think that we will be laughed at, if we talk about what we want, we become afraid of looking foolish and stupid, instead we dare not to dream! Try to take a risk today and dream of your North Star, let it guide you on your path.

Core

Celebrity Winners have another big secret. They surround themselves with winners. They find people that want them to win. They know that if you surround yourself with a core of talent then that talent can be focused. Top Celebrities find and develop a team to help them, a human ship with the celebrity at the helm. Winning celebrities acknowledge that cannot do everything themselves so they find and complement their talents with a good team to help move them on. They find team members who are successful in their own fields. Such a team may consist of , accountants, lawyers, publicist, and managers, make up artists, writers, producers and fitness/life coaches.

Aims for Life

Just like a business has a business plan, winning celebrities have a clear plan that they follow. They know what to do and when to do it with uncanny timing. However, they do this because it is in their plan. They are implementing this plan day after day. It may not be as formulaic at a timeline or a map but their own life plans works just as well for them. It shows the steps they

An Inside Look into the Pandora Radio iPhone App 0

Posted on December 04, 2010 by Jennib And Friends

Much like the Pandora website, the Pandora iPhone app is like having your very own personal radio station. All you have to do is enter the name of one of your favorite artists, songs, or composers, and Pandora will build you a customized radio station of songs and artists who are classified as being similar to the one you entered. In the interest of allowing users to fine tune their radio station even more, each song gives you the option to rate it “thumbs up” or “thumbs down”. This allows Pandora to more accurately choose songs that you may like based on your likes and dislikes. Users can also choose to skip tracks that aren’t quite what they were in the mood for. For songs you do enjoy, you can bookmark any artist or song. If a particular song really strikes your fancy, Pandora also provides the ability for you to purchase the song from the iTunes store with just a single click.

Before becoming a hit app for the iPhone, Pandora had already gained tons of success on the web. Current Pandora online users with an existing account can simply log in to their Pandora account on the iPhone. The app and website are fully integrated, and you can listen to all your existing stations and create new ones both online and using the iPhone app. The features that exist in Pandora online also exist in the iPhone app. You can easily look up album art or find out why Pandora thought you would be interested in a particular song.

Since its release in July of 2008 by publisher Pandora Enterprises, Inc., Pandora has been enjoying a huge degree of success in the App Store. Like its online counterpart, the Pandora Radio app for the iPhone is completely free. It is also hugely popular because unlike many other streaming music applications, it performs extremely well. Most users report being able to listen to their music in FM quality, and reports of skipping or other problems are limited. Pandora has also grown in popularity because its

The Secret of Success And Achievement 25

Posted on November 30, 2010 by Jennib And Friends

There is a saying that goes: “If you don’t know where you are going, any road will take you there” and the truth of the matter is if you have no set direction or are not clear where you are heading, you could land up anywhere.

There is another saying, this time by Ralph Waldo Emerson, which says: “The world makes way for the man who knows where he is going.” The point being made here is that with a clear set direction, or clear goals, you are more likely to achieve your life dreams.

So how do you go about setting a clear goal and what makes an achievable goal? Follow the 9 steps below:

1. You need to be clear on what is you want. “I want a car” doesn’t hold any power and so your goal must not be vague. For example: I want a new Aston Martin DBS – that’s being specific.

2. Once your have a definate and clear goal, the next step is to develop a clear vision of it in your mind. The more you can you incorporate your senses into this vision the better – see it, hear it, feel it etc. Imagine yourself in the driver’s seat, the sound of the engine, the smell of the new leather, the feel of the car under you. Put it all together and really see it in your mind.

3. Ensure your goal is measurable – how will you know once you have attained it. Getting a car is easier than if your goal was to be financially free for example. You need to know exactly what YOU mean by being financially free, how much will you be earning or how much will you have in your bank account. You need to be specific about this so you have a tangible goal that you can measure you progress against as well as to know when you have arrived!

4. Ensure your goal is achievable and realistic. Although we are all powerful and can create far more than we give ourselves credit for, if you don’t have a good singing voice, you need to be realsitic about winning American Idol! Although I advocate setting
